很開心有這個機會,透過這本書,向各位分享我在義大利實習的所學經驗。當年遠赴歐洲義大利當地的飯店擔任實習助理,帶給了我許多文化衝擊及寶貴經驗,在經過實習時所遇到的經驗累積,讓我對於餐飲相關概念有了大致的了解。當時我負責的工作是飯店相關的翻譯,這個工作包含了需要去了解餐飲提供的服務項目,以及面對用餐的客人所提出的一些問題。本書於內容上,是我在歐洲實習所經歷過的相關經驗,由情境對話的方式,將可能遇到的狀況做一個簡單的呈現,唯恐學輕歷淺,若有疏誤之處,尚祈各方的不吝嗇指教,非常感謝!
